A Python package for plant virus diagnostics using high-throughput whole genome sequencing data. It features integrated BAM file processing, feature extraction, unreliable region detection, and ML-based infection prediction with pre-trained or custom models. Also included are visualization tools for genomic coverage and nucleotide composition analysis.
A population genomics workflow including data preprocessing, genome alignment, variant calling, and genotype filtering. I analyzed population structure, calculated genetic differentiation across populations, and performed a genome-wide association study for body size traits. The results were summarized and visualized through statistical and graphical analysis in R.
